In order to offer a more reliable service for RMA, without any missing parcels/items, please follow the below instructions: RMA PROCEDURE: • Download RMA form from website front page • Send properly filled document by email to [email protected], Serialised items do not need to fill invoice no/date. Non serialized items MUST have Invoice number/date of purchase. • An RMA number/label will be sent back. • Affix the RMA Label on the outside of the sealed box and pass it to courier when receiving a delivery. We will not send a courier to pick up/deliver solely RMA. Should you still request a pickup/delivery of an RMA item, standard delivery charges will apply. • Please make sure that item/s are well packed. We will not accept any liability should items sustain damaged caused through transport.
